Our nonprofit is a subsidiary under 'Hocus Focus' 501(c)(3). Yes, we know that this is a strange name for a non-profit. A co-founder, Kevin Spencer, designed a curriculum for children with disabilities based on magic tricks and formed Hocus Focus. So, it was easiest and most cost effective to house our nonprofit within his existing 501 (c) 3. This allows us to use 100% of your donation on our projects too.
